Sourced from the Palliser Distillery in Alberta, Canada, this 26 year old single barrel is 100% corn whiskey traditionally used as a flavoring grain in Canadian blends. As is typical with Canadian whiskies, this corn whiskey was aged in used barrels. In this case, barrel SC-339 was aged in Jim Beam Distillery barrels (? Knob Creek, Bookers, Basil Hayden). It was bottled at 155.8 proof, and is identified on the label as Hazmat!
