Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale

Light radiant golden with a mild chill haze and a powdery fluffy white lace. Citric and apple in the fruitiness... earthy yeast also. Very crisp with a semi smooth mouth feel. On the dry side, light to medium in body and well composed. Some fruity esters and a flavoured hop bitterness to balance. Dash of sweetness up front... more grain, husk and yeast dry the brew in the finish.
