Copper and Cask Small Batch Series #007 Double Oak Bourbon

Small Batch 007 is a marriage of 16 seven-year Bourbon barrels, all distilled at MGP Indiana and aged in Kentucky. Barrels included both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% high-rye mash bill. The barrels were re-barreled into a combination of new and used charred and STR barrels for finishing. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is released at barrel proof, non-chill filtered. Exploding with fruit on the nose, the palate is robust with notes of vanilla, burnt sugar and leather.
